Uncle Leo is Jerry Seinfeld's uncle, a bit character who is eccentric. When coming across Jerry, he
exclaims, "Jerry! Hellooo!" with his arms wide open. He often brags about his son and his various accomplishments while working in the
Parks Department. Leo's son is never seen but Jerry often refers to him as "cousin Jeffrey". One time, Jerry Seinfield unintentionally has
Uncle Leo arrested for shoplifting at a local bookstore. We learn that Uncle Leo has a record related to a "crime of passion".
Uncle Leo always holds Jerry's arm while talking to him. Kramer thinks Leo's first name is "Uncle". |

December 1922, New York, USA Spouse: unknown Biography: Veteran film and TV heavy with hundreds of credits on his resume but didn't become became a semi-household name until his twilight years as Uncle Leo on TV's "Seinfeld" (1990). Is a Detroit Tigers fan. Lesser has appeared in dozens of feature films including KELLY'S HEROES, OUTLAW JOSEY WALES, DEATH HUNT, MAIN EVENT and BIRDMAN OF ALCATRAZ. He also completed over 400 television shows, including a recurring role as Garvin in Everybody Loves Raymond, and has made over 100 stage appearances at the Mark Taper Forum and Ahmanson Theatre. |
